Project Coordinator

This position involves scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and handling communications, along with assisting in various administrative tasks. Job Title: Part-Time Project Coordinator Location: Mostly remote (online), based in Armenia About Maple & Apricot Hospitality Academy: We are a bilingual hospitality academy dedicated to training the next generation of hospitality professionals in Armenia. Our programs include group courses, corporate trainings, and individual mentorships in areas such as events, marketing, and hotel operations. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to support our team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating classes, maintaining communications with instructors and students, and assisting the marketing team when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate courses and classes. - Serve as the main point of contact for new students and instructors. - Manage payments and class records. - Assist the marketing team with online campaigns, content management, and communications. - Maintain organized records and files using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Trello, or other project management tools. - Support team members in day-to-day administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Experience with Canva and project management tools such as Trello, or Monday.com. - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Housekeeping Skills Trainer

Candidates should have hands-on experience managing housekeeping teams and maintaining high standards in hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate students in practical skills and best practices are essential. Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeping Skills Trainer Location: Online with occasional on-site sessions in Armenia About Maple & Apricot Hospitality Academy: We are a bilingual hospitality academy dedicated to training the next generation of hospitality professionals in Armenia. Our programs include group courses, corporate trainings, and individual mentorships in areas such as events, marketing, hotel operations, and housekeeping. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Skills Trainer to educate and mentor students and hospitality staff on housekeeping operations, standards, and best practices. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, organized, and able to deliver training in both theoretical and practical formats. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct housekeeping training sessions for students and corporate clients. - Develop training materials, guides, and practical exercises. - Demonstrate and ensure understanding of cleaning procedures, room setup, inventory management, and safety standards. - Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback. - Maintain communication with students, corporate clients, and the academy team regarding schedules, updates, and queries. - Support the academy in maintaining training records and reports. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in hospitality, specifically in the housekeeping department. - Degree or certification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and best practices. - Skilled in teaching and mentoring, with the ability to explain processes clearly. - Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus). - Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
