Why "Maple" & "Apricot"
Maple & Apricot represents the perfect blend of Armenia's and Canada's rich hospitality traditions.
Our name is inspired by two iconic symbols: the Armenian Apricot and the Canadian Maple.
The Apricot, Armenia's national fruit, is cherished by tourists for its exceptional flavor and serves as a symbol of the country's warm and unique hospitality.
The Maple tree, integral to Canadian heritage, represents sweetness, pride, and resilience - qualities that resonate with the core values of the hospitality industry.
By combining these two powerful symbols, Maple & Apricot embodies the essence of excellence in hospitality.
