Where are the courses held and are they available online?

Most of our courses are held offline in Yerevan, with select courses available online. Starting next winter, we will be expanding our offline courses to other cities across Armenia.

Our courses are taught in both Armenian and English, with a primary focus on Armenian to best serve our local community.

Do I need prior hospitality experience to enroll?

No prior experience is needed for most of our courses. For advanced-level courses, basic hospitality knowledge or relevant work experience may be required.

Each course has a dedicated registration form on its page. Simply fill out the form for your chosen course or open class, and our team will contact you with further instructions and payment details.

Do I receive a certificate upon completion?

Yes, all graduates receive a Certificate of Achievement from Maple & Apricot Hospitality Academy. For courses offered in partnership, such as the OPERA PMS course, you will also receive a certificate from the respective partner organization.

Our instructors are active hospitality professionals from across the industry, with expertise spanning different hotel departments and areas of hospitality. All of our mentors speak a minimum of 3 languages and bring real-world, international experience to every course.

Our courses range from 30,000 AMD for short seminars to 150,000 AMD for longer programs, depending on the course level and duration.

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of customized corporate training programs available both online and on-site for hotel teams and HORECA businesses.

Our courses range from 2-day workshops to 2-month programs. For corporate training, we offer customized programs of 1-3 days or 5-10 days depending on the scope and team requirements.
